This national out bound call centre have relied on Custard Recruitment for over three years to supply an ongoing source of well-mannered and sales orientated individuals to their team. The company are in an enviable position where they are growing, so there is a constant need to add to their successful and established team. We source local staff, within a set demographic, to attend assessment centres, run either by the client or directly by Custard Recruitment.

Custard Recruitment work with a national Occupational Health organisation. Working in this industry, it is of up most importance that all staff are fully compliant with industry standards. The client benefit greatly from the fact that Custard Recruitment employ a specialist Compliance Manager to check the skill set, certification and criminal background of all staff. Working with a highly regarded research organisation, we are deployed specifically to source first class graduates from red brick universities to work mainly on government funded research projects. Whether our staff are researching the compulsory implementation of smart electricity meters or the effects on Welsh speaking farmers of certain constitutional changes we need to ensure we have the best staff on board. With the first week of most projects involving intense training, it is of utmost importance that we have a committed team. To date we have successfully staffed a variety of projects for this client, whilst also helping our graduates to get on to the career ladder.

This fabulous client are a delight to work for. Four years in, the relationship between Custard Recruitment and this wonderful organisation is thriving. Working on the most high profile of events, this client turns to Custard Recruitment to source the most professional individuals, usually Events Management students or graduates, to help staff the most prestigious events and exhibitions. With a large focus on events based in London, we also recruit heavily for this client on the South Coast, in Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Aberdeen and where ever else they need staffing.

The projects vary greatly, from needing a permanent member of the team to join one of their offices in London, to a last minute requirement for 70 plus staff on site at on event. There is a great mutual respect between this organisation and Custard Recruitment. We understand the importance of ensuring there are enough staff to be certain that each event runs smoothly. By understanding how important the staffing is, we absolutely ensure that our staff enhance every show or exhibition we are asked to work for. Often, working on the events we are required to help out on, means working through the night. This is a commitment our team do with pride. It is a job that needs to be done and we are always there to do it.

A national organisation, offering signage and graphics solutions, first approached Custard Recruitment in 2010 to help source a Sales Director. From there the relationship grew and we have worked on numerous recruitment projects, for both growth and staff reduction. When the recession hit and the Managing Director found he may have to stream line his staff, Custard Recruitment were brought on site to offer Redundancy Advice and Solutions, CV writing, Career Advice and Interview techniques.

Helping out during this difficult time strengthened the relationship between our two companies and, when the company turned a corner in 2014 and saw business start to improve drastically we were called in again to recruit a Graphic Designer, a team of ten fitters, a HR Assistant and a Sales Director.
